The De-Airing Extruder was developed based on KAJISEKI's experiences and technologies and is provided with an optimum mechanism for extrusion of high quality roofing-tiles and bricks.

Key characteristics

  1. Extruding shaft with high rigidity and minimized deflection.
  2. Progressively shortened auger leads on the extruding shaft.
  3. Simple construction to facilitate maintenance.
    Sleeve vertically split for opening/closing.
    Horizontally opening/closing cylinder casing.
    Augers bolted to the shaft in the cylinder casing.
  4. Oil-free vacuum pump(Option).
