Is it possible to perform a material extrusion test?

Yes. We have equipment capable of performing extrusion tests. Our test machine is capable of high-pressure extrusion tests with up to 10 MPa of pressure.

What materials can extrusion forming be used for?

Our extruders are compatible with material of viscosity similar to that of clay. Our machines can also be equipped with a heating mechanism, allowing substances with thermoplasticity to be extruded. In addition to clay for porcelain and earthenware, our extruders can also handle a variety of other materials including aluminum and bentonite, regardless of whether they are organic or inorganic substances.

What kind of products can continuous extrusion be used for?

It can be used for a wide range of products such as fine ceramics, tableware, foods, fertilizer, chemical materials, cosmetics, incense sticks, pet sand, roofing tiles, paper clay, fish food, foodstuffs, battery anode material, and aluminum substrates.

Do you have equipment for processes before and after extrusion?

We can provide equipment used prior to extrusion such as quantitative feeding and kneading equipment. We also provide equipment used after extrusion such as cutting, forming, and drying equipment.

What is the maximum capability of your extruder?

What is the difference between continuous extrusion forming and plunger forming?

Plunger forming involves injecting by using a plunger to push out material inside a cylinder, and the procedure is complete once all material in the cylinder has been pushed out. Accordingly, it is necessary to replenish material when it runs out. With continuous extrusion forming, on the other hand, material is pushed out continuously with a screw while material is being filled, allowing continuous work to be automated.
